Rocco Esposito is a seasoned professional with over 26 years of experience in housing services. His career is marked by leadership roles where he has consistently driven innovation and improvement in housing service delivery. Rocco's academic credentials include an Executive Master in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce. Rocco holds a Professional (PAHIc) Certificate from AHI and has been a member of AHI since inception. 

Rocco leads housing operations for Homes NSW, ensuring the efficient use of resources and alignment with strategic goals. His leadership was pivotal in driving reforms and change programs that enhanced service delivery and operational efficiency. Rocco's strategic advice to the Housing Services Board played a crucial role in shaping the strategic planning and governance for Housing Services. Rocco continues to manage delivering high-quality, integrated housing assistance services across Western Sydney, ensuring that housing clients, including families, young people, and people experiencing homelessness, receive timely and integrated assistance.
