Narelle Harris

I commenced with CHL back in 2018 as Housing Services Coordinator, previously worked within the private real estate sector in Northern Tasmania. Having more than 10 years property management experience and previously working within retail and finance management, I have developed the ability to lead, mentor and manage high performing teams.

I pride myself on the ability to encourage high levels of performance and consistency within my teams, achieving this by working alongside frontline staff. Understanding the operating environment within the business from the bottom to the top empowers me to make decisions based on business demands and client needs. I love getting my hands dirty so to speak by learning, leading and implementing change to achieve really positive outcomes for the better.

When I am away from the not-for-profit space, I enjoy spending time with my boxer dog Chester, we go to the beach and hang out at home by the sea. I dabble in paint by numbers art applications and grow many pot plants, and love to travel this beautiful planet.
