Dr. Maryann Wei is passionate about leveraging data to drive meaningful change within the community housing sector. As SGCH's Insights Manager, she works to transform complex data into meaningful, actionable insights to help shape strategic decisions, improve service delivery, and enhance customer outcomes. She enjoys working closely with teams to anticipate service gaps, develop solutions, and ensure that every piece of information contributes to sustainable tenancies and better community outcomes. She believes that the best solutions emerge when colleagues share knowledge, challenge ideas, and unite behind a common purpose.
Outside of the office, Maryann can be found debating the finer points of statistical models over a pint, trying (and failing) to teach a greyhound to fetch, or testing the hypothesis that weekends are always too short.
