Over the past five years, Kylie has transitioned into a direct operations role, where she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing service delivery, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing client support programs. Her ability to engage stakeholders at various levels fosters collaborative partnerships that drive project success.
Highly skilled with a Diploma in Community Services, Kylie is currently studying an MBA and a Diploma in Property Management. She holds certifications through ANZ Prosci in transformation qualifications and is trained in project management methodologies such as Agile and PRINCE2.
