Kim Gray

Kim is a business and development manager at SGCH, a developer and Tier 1 community housing provider (CHP) that provides homes for more than 11,000 people in nearly 7000 social and affordable housing properties across Sydney.  Kim is working across multiple projects with development and capital partners to support SGCH’s strategy to provide 7000 new social and affordable homes over the next 5 years, including supporting SGCH’s operational expansion into Brisbane and Melbourne.  

Combining her 27 years’ experience in project management and urban planning working in a not for profit, and previously in financial services and State and Local Governments in NSW and the UK, Kim has worked with a range of private sector and government clients, spanning various industries including construction, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, education, health and financial services.
