Davina has worked in the social housing sector for over 20 years in a variety of roles from senior leadership to service improvement and policy development. Davina has significant experience in all areas of community housing including tenancy and asset management, community development, strategic and business planning as well as experience implementing large scale housing developments.

Davina has led the operational delivery of a number of major projects for Mission Australia Housing including Midtown MacPark, NSW, TAS and NT Stock Transfers, Nation Building and Common Ground.
