Ashley Waugh is a leader in community housing, a domestic violence advocate and 2023 winner of the ahi Brighter Future Inspirational Team Member Award for Australasia. With a background in community services and youth work, Ashley began her community housing career managing affordable housing tenancies at Link Wentworth. Ashley soon moved into Sustainable Tenancies, where she made an enormous impact using her lived experience and unique case management approach to assist vulnerable clients in maintaining their homes, specialising in clients experiencing domestic violence.
Ashley now works as a Tenancy Team Leader for Link Wentworth and champions the use of trauma-informed practice to enhance tenant wellbeing and safety.
