Ari Soemardi

Ari Soemardi is an accomplished executive leader with a diverse background in construction, corporate services, compliance and risk management and legal expertise. 

As a qualified lawyer with a Master of Leadership from Deakin University, Ari brings over 15 years of experience in commercial construction and development, strategic planning, systems enablement, and organisational transformation. 

Ari also has extensive generalist business experience in a for profit and for purpose environment, including government funding contract administration, financial oversight, people and culture, business intelligence and cyber security, quality & safety, and business development.

Known for a hands-on approach and strong focus on business resilience and governance, Ari is also an expert in regulatory compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Throughout her career, Ari has demonstrated a talent for developing innovative solutions, fostering high-performance teams, and driving organizational growth.

Outside of work, Ari is passionate about community connection, currently serving as a Board Member at Northern Rivers Housing and volunteers her time with Ballina Meals on Wheels.  When not focused on professional growth, Ari enjoys spending time at the beach, walking in nature, and traveling to reconnect with family and friends in North Queensland.
