Alison O’Neill has over two decades’ experience in housing, having held senior operational roles at Homes NSW and Link Wentworth. In her current role as Head of Tenancy at Link Wentworth, Alison manages a portfolio of approximately 10,000 tenants, using her wealth of experience to tangibly improve standards through policy reform and feedback initiatives. Alison also manages large-scale, sector-leading initiatives such as the Social Management Housing Transfer and the Neighbourhood Improvement Program.
Alison is passionate about reducing isolation and loneliness for people living in social housing, and proactively works with sector partners to identify and implement programs that create social ties and deliver improved mental and physical health.
