Bloom HR

Natalie Carrington is a highly respected leader in human resources, workforce strategy, and organisational performance within the not-for-profit and community services sectors. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Bloom HR, Natalie established the firm in 2011 with a clear mission—to bridge the gap between commercial best practice and the NFP sector, ensuring organisations with critical social impact have access to cost-effective, high-quality HR solutions.

With over 15 years of executive-level HR experience before launching Bloom HR, Natalie has worked across large Australian and international organisations, driving performance, compliance, and workforce transformation in highly regulated industries. Her expertise spans industrial relations, workforce planning, leadership development, and strategic HR advisory.

Natalie holds a Diploma in Business Management (Human Resources) and additional qualifications in Mediation, Conflict Resolution, Project Management, and Training. She has been recognised for her contributions to the sector, winning ‘Consultant of the Year’ at the PowerHousing Conference in 2013, and leading Bloom HR to be a Finalist in the 2024 NSW Small Business Awards.

As a passionate advocate for people, purpose, and performance, Natalie is dedicated to helping organisations build strong, engaged, and high-performing workforces. In 2025, she brings her extensive expertise to the Australasian Housing Institute’s Brighter Future Awards as a Judge, recognising and celebrating excellence across the housing sector.
