Better big bank connects the community

The exceptional donation of $65,000 by Ettalong Beach Bendigo Bank has made the acquisition, fit-out and three years of operating costs for the 'Community Connect Van' possible. This substantial contribution reflects their dedication to making a lasting impact in the community.

Ettalong Beach Bendigo Bank’s donation was the catalyst for further generous contributions including a $5,000 discount from Booths Motor Group towards the purchase of the van. In-kind contributions worth approximately $5,000 from ARB, Rhino Racks and Redarc were also donated towards the fit-out of the van. This remarkable and collective support showcases the commitment of businesses to support local initiatives and causes.

In addition to these contributions, Pacific Link Housing's events have received generous support from a range of businesses including Westfield Tuggerah, Bunnings, East Coast Beverages, Dominos and Sara Lee. Their donations add an extra touch of community spirit to the events.

The 'Community Connect Van' will be used at tenant engagement events, providing opportunities for tenants to connect with community groups, support agencies and other members of the community. With a reach spanning 1,200 properties from the Central Coast to the Hunter, the van will enable Pacific Link Housing to connect with more tenants and community groups.
