Pulse Property Solutions is delighted to announce its third addition to the charming north-of-the-river suburb of Warwick in Perth. These new homes will join their existing six Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) residences, already being enjoyed by tenants.

Building on the success of their first two developments, the decision to expand in Warwick was not just about growth but also about making a meaningful impact. Pulse put careful thought into site selection because finding blocks in highly desirable locations is a top priority for purchases and even more so for the SDA developments.

“Having public transport, shopping precincts and local parks close by are extremely important to those living with disabilities – and this location ticks all the boxes,” explains Amanda Gauci, Managing Director, Pulse Property Solutions.

With its prime location in Perth’s lively northern corridor, Warwick offers a wealth of amenities and services at residents’ fingertips. Just a stone's throw away from all three sites is the thriving Warwick Grove Shopping Centre – a hub of excitement boasting supermarkets, department stores, cinemas, coffee shops and a wide array of dining options. In addition, excellent access to public transport ensures residents can stay well-connected to the broader community.

Currently, four residents enjoy independent living in peaceful single-occupancy villas, nestled in a serene cul-de-sac overlooking parkland. These architecturally designed, two-bedroom homes offer a calming yet contemporary living environment, providing tenants with the freedom to choose their self-appointed supports.

In the second recently completed location, two residents share one home, while three others reside in a neighbouring house. Upon entering, residents and visitors are greeted by high ceilings and modern tones, creating an open and airy atmosphere. Residents maintain control over their environment with tablet-controlled, reverse-cycle ducted air-conditioning; automated roller blinds; and secure automated entry doors with intercoms.

The heart of any home is the kitchen, and these wheelchair-accessible kitchens in Warwick feature adjustable-height benchtops, designed to cater to individual needs and preferences. With ample space and thoughtful design, the kitchens promote independence and foster a sense of community as residents can gather and share meals together.

An exciting addition is the accessible veggie and herb garden, further enhancing the culinary experience for residents.

“We go beyond the minimum compliance standards and provide additional extras that enhance our residents' living experience," says Amanda Gauci. "We believe everyone deserves a home that seamlessly combines accessibility with modern comforts and convenience. A home should not just be a place to live but a space to thrive and find happiness.

With these two new SDA homes, thoughtfully situated adjacent a beautiful park, Pulse Property Solutions is committed to fostering even more heart-warming stories of lives positively transformed, and eagerly anticipate the tales that will undoubtedly emerge from these new homes in the heart of Warwick.
